乌兔干坤鼎，龟蛇复姤坛。
世间无事客，心内大还丹。
白虎水中吼，青龙火里蟠。
汞铅泥蘂艳，金木雪花寒。
离坎非心肾，东西不肺肝。
三旬穷七返，九转出泥丸。
